I provide services directly related to the working environment. These include, but are not limited to, conducting workplace investigations, writing employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, severance agreements, arbitration agreements, and alternative dispute resolution plans. 

In addition, I offer services as a mediator or as a representative in the mediation and arbitration processes.
