Over my 30 year professional career I have been working with employers to ensure that their collective work environments were consistent with state and federal guidelines. This has included, but is not limited to, writing personnel policies, practices and procedures, reviewing and writing personnel handbooks, and training managers, supervisors and employees in the areas of discrimination (Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act and  the Fair Employment and Housing Act) and sexual harassment. I have also assisted clients with resolving workplace disputes between co-workers and between supervisors and their subordinates

Throughout those same years my experience has also included conducting workplace investigations, human resources audits, I-9 reviews and impementation, wage & hour audits, Cal-OSHA audits, and have established and maintained employee hotlines.

As a representative, I have argued cases on behalf of employers before the Equal Employent Opportunity Commission, the Department of Fair Employment & Housing, the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, The Department of Industrial Relations, Cal-OSHA, the National Labor Relations Board, the Employment Development Department, and the American Arbitration Association.

As a direct result of the above exerience I have been an expert witness and asked to opine on the typical work environment of automobile dealerships
